I.C.A.R.E. Ministries Out Of School Time Program (OSTP) is 501©3 organization. We have been providing community services for 30 years in the Austin, Garfield, and West Humboldt Park areas.

 

Mission Statement:

The mission of I.C.A.R.E. Ministries Out of School Time Program is to empower our youth and their families through academics, holistic and spiritual empowerment. 

 

Vision Statement:

Our vision is to offer and encourage access and opportunity to youth at risk in the Austin and surrounding areas.  I.C.A.R.E. provides year round children and youth programs, access for adult empower to workforce developing and counseling for the whole family.
